Johor branch can recruit more membership (Social Term) from Asia Pacific Nation.

1) Manage member private bank account (supplement to each member)

2) Manage member private property (supplement to each member)

3) Manage private transport service (between Changi Airport or Senai Airport and private home) in Johor.

4) Manage private transport service (between Johor and Singapore for members)

5) Manage member personal secretary and administration for paying tax, paying bill and so on.

Many Malaysian who are staying in Johor are working in Singapore. They need Buddhist Club House to taking care their family.

For Johor Resident; Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident and Working Pass Holder.

The club should had feeder bus service; house to club, club to shopping center and club to Jurong East, Woodlands, Tampines and Bishan.

24 hour Snacks Stall at Sleeping Buddha and Laughing Buddha Temple

Buddhist club house members are working 24 hours per day. When members went to work, their parents and kids will stay at home. The 24 hour Snack Temple will provide foods, drink and healthy social lifestyles place for their family members. Non member or non invited guest is not allowed to enter the club.

The main investors of the club will be Food and Beverages Industrial. They will provide food and drink for club at snack temple, coffee and tea meditation house, gym house, funeral home, Buddhist pro shop and Restaurant

The main investor can sole their share to anybody who interested to purchase the committee member share with market price. Sub-committee members are not allowed to involve the management of the club house. They will pay and enjoy the facilities.
